Fajita slices are sourced from a variety of our steaks including sirloin, ribeye, filet mignon, NY strip and flat iron. Each slice is just under ¼” thick and is shaped as random rectangles and squares. These are intended to use as an ingredient in any of your favorite everyday dishes.
